IMPORTANT: Due to Covid-19 we have changed our delivery to Royal Mail Tracked. Although we are trying our best to get our goodies to you as quickly as possible, and have found the courier is much more reliable, if you request a specific date we will try our best to ensure delivery as close to this date as possible but CANNOT guarantee it, we hope you understand.
If the weather is particularly warm, we will delay making and posting the goods until we believe it is cool enough for them to arrive in the best possible condition. (The maximum wait after receiving your order will be a week).
Welcome to Kookie Klub! We are a home-run business and we pride ourselves on using high quality ingredients, including free range eggs and real butter. All of our products are handmade and decorated by us. We currently produce a small variety of different flavoured cookie cups, but have a range of new flavours, and new products up our sleeve, so watch this space!
Every order placed is freshly made (on the day we post it to you), because of this please allow up to 8 days for your order to arrive. If you’d like an order to arrive for a certain date, please give us a minimum of 2 weeks notice and we’ll do our absolute best to get it to you as close to that date as possible! We will notify you when your parcel is on its way, and it will be delivered First Class by the Royal Mail.
How much is postage?
Postage is £4.50 for up to two boxes, £6.00 thereafter. We do try and keep the cost as low as possible but we have to cover most of the costs.
What happens if my order arrives and is faulty?
Please contact us (via Email, Instagram or Facebook) and we will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Do you do a Gluten Free and/or a Vegan option?
We don’t yet, but we are working on it and they should be released in the next month!
What happens if my order hasn’t arrived after 8 days?
Please send us an email and we will try and work out what has happened, if you haven’t had an email confirmation of the order, or an email saying your item has been dispatched, it is possible that the order wasn’t processed correctly. Normally this won’t be a problem but if it is (due to an uncontrollable factor eg. a strike within the Royal Mail), we will happily try to fix the issue ASAP).
How long do they last? And can they be frozen?
We do put a date on the box which your products arrive in, here we recommend for them to be consumed within 7-10 days, the earlier you eat them, the fresher and tastier we think they are! (most people say they do not last that long because they are eaten before they get the chance to be a week old!!) And yes they can be frozen for up to 1 month, defrost them slowly outside of the fridge in a cool dry environment.
Where should they be stored?
In a sealed, dry, air-tight container. If possible, don’t store in the fridge as this seems to dry them out quicker.
How often will you be releasing new flavours?
We are aiming to release a new flavour every 10 days to 2 weeks, we also will release new flavours in advance for special dates or occasions (eg, Mothers Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas etc.)
Do they contain nuts? (Or any other allergens?)
Every product has different ingredients and therefore different allergens. When ordering each product, it will say on that page what the ingredients are and the allergens it contains. For further information or if you do have an allergy that we need to be made aware of, please contact us.
All our products are made in premises that use nuts.
